Admin Manager - 40 hours over 5 days

We are searching for an inspirational individual for our DW Sports Fitness Club in Bristol.  You must be highly organised and display excellent leadership qualities by taking an active role in all Front of House duties. You will have a proven track record in managing a team of people to deliver and maintain excellent standards of customer service.

You will have responsibility for ensuring that company administration policies & procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times; conducting regular staff training with all staff, including management. You will also support the General Manager by carrying out Duty Manager tasks, (Full training will be given).

Sales and Retention Manager - DW Sports Fitness Morecambe We are searching for an inspirational individual who is passionate about Sales whilst wanting to retain members. For this you will have a proven track record in sales with a self motivation to achieve set targets, through managing promotional activity, conducting regular staff training and above all leading by example. You will be driven by KPI\‘s and therefore will need to have a strong determination to want to be the best. Within the role you will also be required to carry out duty manager tasks.
