We also offer a varied group exercise programme, where each class has been specifically designed by expert instructors to achieve an array of different goals whether it be weight loss, toning or strength & conditioning; or even if your just looking for a good old fashioned workout you are bound to find a class that suits you. Included in our programme are the increasingly popular BODYPUMP; that strengthens your entire body using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses and lifts. BODYCOMBAT; an energetic martial arts inspired workout that draws from a number of disciplines such as karate, boxing and Tai Chi to name a few! And for those who prefer the party to the workout there is also the latest Latin dance craze to sweep the nation; Zumba! We also bear in mind that most of you like to relax after your work out, which is why we have incorporated a tranquil pool and Jacuzzi area and steam room.
